Durham On-ramp Top of Hill
Parked on the side of the Durham on-ramp on Highway 99 which is an elevated hill where the vantage point is not only those coming onto the on ramp but both lanes of 99 N and S. Located on the top of the on ramp off to the side which is a moderate hill it’s hard to spot but they are easily able to be seen in CHP black and white colors.
