E. Coon Lake Road
Howell PD sit in various driveways on E. Coon Lake (between D19 and chilson) hidden by trees and bushes and in Novel Estates sub entrance. Some of the police cars are unmarked and difficult to notice until after you have already passed them.

This is totally a speed trap. Not only do they sit in Novel Estates, but also at Westphal road. The speed limit is only 45, but it's a straightaway and before you know it, you're going 55 or more.
I've seen the gold crown vic there several times. Sheriff's Dept.
Not Howell PD...Livingston county Sheriff...but I HAVE been stopped there...fortunatley, I just got a warning.
I received a ticket for 10 miles over here also. Police Officer was out of his car on Westphal Road, hiding in the bushes with his radar gun.
