Does anyone have any free advise? I was pulled over heading east on El Norte Pkwy right in the area you describe. This time, there were two motorcycle cops hiding behind a bush (in a driveway). The cop didn't want me to say a thing, just wrote me a ticket. I know I was going faster than the posted speed, but maybe if he asked me why, I would have explained that I had an emergency at my 80 year-old mom's house and I was coming from Riverside County. I read in an article that I might be able to beat the ticket (radar) because the City hasn't done a street engineers report in the last 5 years on this portion of the road. I'm getting a copy of that - it's been over 6 years. Help - my husband works for the State (sorry) and he's going to be getting paid minimum wage starting 8/1 - can't afford a ticket. I haven't had one for over 13 years.
