Eagle Rock Ave. at Golf course
Police frequently sit in the maintenence entrance of the Essex Fells Golf Course and watch traffic going in either direction on Eagle Rock Ave. Coming from West Orange into Roseland it’s impossible to see the car until it’s too late. Speed limit drops there from 45 to 40.
