East bound I94 just west of the Casselton off ramp
Located less than 1 mile west of Casselton. As you come east on I94 you go through a dip in the road with a railroad overpass above it. This combination provides just enough coverage for highway patrol to sit on the south side of the road and not be seen. I have often seen 3 to 4 patrol cars in this location, it seems to be a Sunday afternoon favorite.
