East bound on 11th St., after railroad overpass, under the trees at M & M Builders Supply the CHP lies in wait with a radar gun. People normaly hit 55 to 60 as they hit the top of the overpass. Flash your lights, tailgate me, I do the speed limit, I can’t afford a ticket.

Speed limit there is 35. NOBODY goes through there at 35, and the cops know it. They'll go weeks without working it, but once they start, they run the 'targeted enforcement for a week or so. Tracy PD motorcycle cops issue the majority of tickets.
