East bound on Woolbright Rd before Congress Ave
On woolbright Rd heading east, 2 – 4 motorcycles with radar on Woolbright Rd just before entrance to Quail Run on right. After lights on Woolbright at Lawrence, there is a rise and radar is about 200 yards after rise.
Times for ‘sting’ is at variable day & times, so it is hard to predict when, but eventually they will be there.
