A CHP motorcycle cop hides behind bush on driveway of what would be 23rd Ave, on south (ocean) side. Most often there on weekend mornings and early afternoon. Has radar gun, but likes belt and phone infractions as well.

Please be careful on this road. I have been ticketed at going down the incline north. They are there every day between 5-6pm. I have followed a driver going a safe speed limit and a CHP stopped her and was going to ticket her anyway. Take all notes and I encourage you to go to court or get an app on your phone to record your own speed at the time. They do not have to record the exact radar speed at all. Between 5-6pm, the CHP should be on the freeway!!!!!
