Going east or west on East Cross Street between the Water Tower and Ypsi High School. Speed limit goes from 25 to 35 in two blocks, and Ypsi Police are parked behind a wooden fence on the North side of street, in a church parking lot on North side of street, or in the Ypsi High parking lot on South side of street or at corners of any cross streets. Their vehicles have lights inside, not top racks. Heading East its all down hill, and one must be very conscious of slowing from 35 to 25.
