East edge of town State HWY 29
They like to sit along the Highway like a parked car, there are 2 squads one being white and the other being black and white. The Troopers like to sit about a 1/4 mile from the edge of town facing east were there is a corner you come around heading west they got you right then and there.

Another spot the State Patrol watches is State Hwy 28 west of Starbuck. 1000's of tickets have been written in the area between Starbuck & Cyrus. At one time, he was the number one state trooper for writing tickets!
