East Mahoning Street near Clearfield Avenue
You have to watch for this one officer. He will do anything to pull you over. I been pulled over 4 times in the last 2 months. Three times for going over the speed limit by 3 to 4 miles per hour. The last time for having a burnt out light over my license plate. If you get a ticket fight it because the officer does not do a good job representing himself in court.
