East Matthews Street near Sam Newell Road
E. Matthews St. is located behind Presbyterian Hospital. Runs parrell between E. John St. and Hwy 51. The city police like to sit on the sides of street (often in front of library) all up and down. There are small businesses. The speed limit is 25MPH, It think 35 would make more sense, but it IS at the back entrance of a hospital. Either way, they’re sneaky.
