East Northgate Drive (between Carl Rd & Chemsearch Blvd)
Police tend to catch drivers coming eastbound from Carl Road as it is very easy to speed down the hill. Speed limit is 30 mph. When this trap is set, it is usually motorcycle cops during the lunch hour.
