Just as before you enter Ross Island Bridge heading east from downtown, there’s an underpass that curves to the left. Right after the underpass, the camera van was parked on the right. There was no posted speed limit to speak of in that immediate area. I have no idea what speed limit you are expected to drive at where the van is parked. About 50 feet after the van, the speed limit is 40. I could see the sign ahead of me as I passed the van, yet the van flashed “your speed: 37mph” I have no idea what that meant.
