Eastbound Quincy, 1/4 mile past Chambers as road dips by Kaiser
As you drive Eastbound on Quincy, the road begins to dip before the next intersection. As the road dips, an officer sits on the side of the road, just in front of the blue Kaiser Hospital sign. He’ll quickly clock you with radar, before you have any time to react, and pull you over at the next corner.
