Eastern Boulevard near Middlesex Shopping Center
Two or three cars sit in the shopping center just west of 702 on Eastern Avenue. They are out of sight for those cars taking the exit off of 702 because of the trees, or coming westbound on Eastern Blvd because of the bridge. Evening rush hour is the most frequent time that they set up.
