Ebinport Road near Hollythorn Drive
Heading down Ebinport, away from Blockbuster, there’s normally a cop sitting in the dayschool at the bottom of the hill. Steepest hill in Rock Hill so of course you’re going to gain speed as you roll down the hill. You’ll have to apply a lot of break just to maintain 35mph. So, of course, they wait for gravity to take it’s toll, then make you pay for it.
