Edmonds Way near Exit Number Edmonds Ferry Exit
Travelling via Edmonds way coming from or into downtown Edmonds (not on HWY 104), there is sometimes a patrol car just after the bridge. Make sure you go 25MPH when you get on the bridge (it goes from a 35 to a 25 at the bridge). They are usually on the opposite side of the street between a few parked cars.
