It’s the constable from Grand Saline. He watches both directions. Don’t speed thru Fruitvale! He doesn’t give warnings. Don’t do it!!! Sometimes there is more than one car running radar.

Funny how people think this school zone is a trap or the lower speed is. There are plenty of signs and flashing lights. What is wrong with them enforcing the laws and yes he does not give warning because people will continue to fly through these towns. Funny how everyone who gets a speeding ticket thinks they have found another speed trap. Slow down or pay the fine, I have lived here for five years and never had a problem with any of them and yes I drive through many little towns. Maybe if everyone watchs the road and signs instead of texting or talking on the phone they will not get a ticket. Most people who get these tickets have had many tickets and its never there fault.
