15 MPH School Zone. Unmarked Light Blue/Teal Dodge Magnum (wagon) or Blue Dodge Charger sits in the Bus turn lane facing/shooting South with turn signal on. They get cars that accelerate before "end school zone sign".

Your are incorrect about the speed limit in the school zone, I drive through there every morning and the school zone speed limit is 35 MPH, when you end the school zone it is 40 MPH. You are however correct that police sit in that area alot, around the Golf entrance and the Church.
