Ellen Browning Scripps – EBS Elementary @ 8:30am weekdays
After folks drop off their kids at EBS Elementary on Cypress Canyon, they tend to speed out of there exceeding the 25 mph school zone limit (going northbound towards Scripps Poway Parkway). There will be a police car waiting in the park and ride lot adjacent to Cypress Canyon waiting with a speed gun. If you exceed 25 mph, you will get stopped.
