Ellis Street near Potter or Gladstone Streets
Coming down the long hill the speed limit is 25, very easy to space out for a few seconds and get too fast, motorcycle cop sitting at the cross street got the guy in front of me, could have been me, too. Didn’t realize it was 25 on a 4 lane.
