End of highway 640 Est
When you reach the end of highway 640 Est, it becomes a 2 lanes, wide opened, straight road and the speed limits drops from 100Km/h to 50Km/h just before the 1st light. Often people are still at highway speed if they catch the green light and cops are regularly waiting just after the light in a parking entrance or after a railway overpass.
