There is often a cop on the East-bound side of the street in the mornings. He parks on the side street and aims his radar gun at eastbound traffic and picks them off. There is also sometimes a cop at lunch time and into the afternoon westbound on Enfield just before you reach Exposition. He waits in the driveway of the apartment complex on the north side of the road.
