Entire town
The posted speed limit in Alameda is 25 mph and they mean it. There are a couple of small sections posted at 35, but almost all of the town is 25. You also have to stop for pedestrians, jay-walkers, and anyone else with a foot on the road…failure to stop will earn you a ticket.
