Entire Town Loop near University
The entire town is a trap for anyone with Shepherd University Student Parking Tickets. Speeding Tickets have been issued for students driving 1 mph over the limit. Always go slower then posted limit and obey all parking signs. The town bites the hand that feeds it.

Yes, even in the summer when there is little traffic or problem parking , the town continues to ticket any vehicle with a Shepherd U. sticker or campus parking pass if you're one mile over the limit or the parking meter has expired for even one minute. The town really seems to want to see the school move elsewhere.
