This is a tiny town on the Franklin/Stephens County line. Police car is a blacked out Crown Vic. This towns ENTIRE REVENUE comes from Tickets! Speed drops from 55 to 35 MPH in less than 100 yards. 1MPH over nets you a $154.60 ticket! They especially target late at night and early in the morning.
