The State of Texas-TEX DOT on FM 2280 in Keene are the responsible party that put the stop sign up there at entrance of the access road to US Highway 67 to keep people from getting hit and killed like the 2 subjects did down by US Highway 67 at County Road 801B, so I am sure you understand now why there is a stop sign where you are complaining of, it is to keep people like yourself from getting hit by oncoming traffic from hitting you on your driver side door because you did not stop for the very stop sign you are complaining about. It is my understanding from what I read of the Texas Traffic Code that to comply with a stop sign consist of coming to a complete stop-meaning your wheels come to a complete stop. My question is did you come to a complete stop, and what did the video show from the cops car? Did it show you stopped or did not stop? Surely you stopped for the sign that is red with white lettering spelling STOP? Maybe the stop sign is there because you may not be able to get out quick enough due to the concrete divider you spoke of? All I hear is people complaining about this and that but we pay these people to protect us and keep us safe and I am tired of reading about all of this garbage on our police officers, the very ones we pay to insure we get home, so maybe you need to stop for the stop sign afforded you so you can make it home to your family instead of complaining about it and instead of critizing an officer maybe you sure praise him for trying to keep you alive! All this complaining makes me think we have nothing but Liberals throughout all of America, well good luck on the one stop sign you run and boom you get hit is all I have to say!
