Euclid Avenue near Between Wilke Road and Northwest Highway Road
This trap mostly affects those cars coming east from Arlington Park. Euclid is a four lane road, and it goes from 40 mph down to 30 mph east of Wilke Road. You will often find an Arlington Heights cop car sitting just off Euclid on Yale, Harvard, or Dwyer Streets; you will not be able to see them until it’s too late. The prevailing speed in this section of roadway tends to be 40-50 mph; driver beware.
