Evergreen Way near Rucker Avenue
Northbound as Evergreen Way turns into Rucker Avenue going downhill, police cruisers will usually sit in a parking lot off 43rd street. Sometimes they are on the west side near Safeway instead. It’s pretty easy to pick up a lot of speed going down the hill… I see someone pulled over nearly every day.
