Exit 98 off I-20 Camden
About 1/2 mile off the exit, a Highway Patrol officer just circles around looking for tourists with out of state tags. Saw him get two within 5 mins. This guy is in a State Trooper car but he’s just a ticket writer, he’s not concerned about safety just filling Camden’s coffers and using people from other states to do it. Watch out, he just sits there and looks for victims!

first that stretch is patrolled by the STATE not the city, so the tickets he writes go to the state camden city gets nothing.
second you'll never find a SC traffic enforcement officer that is genuinely concerned about your safety.. if they can find you doing something, even if they have to trip you to do it, they will
It is obvious that you know nothing about how the money is distributed. Any and all of the tickets that the state writes, go to the counties that the tickets are written in. Your second comment isn't worth anything but an eye roll.
