Heading toward downtown on fair Oaks BLV there are many spots where the cops are waiting. Look out they hide down Garfield just enough so you cant see them till its too late. Further down towards Raley’s they often hold traps there. The speed is posted 40 but it seems easy to go 45-50+. My friend got busted going 5 more than the limit. The cop said it was due to the "winding nature of the road" the road seems more curvature to me. It only has slight bends. mostly there during the AM and PM rush hours but have been there at any time.
