Fairfax county Parkway near Fox Mill Road
When driving on Fairfax County Rd.(7100)Between Fox Mill Rd. and West Ox Rd. there is a water tower(and small old brick building), They sit in the empty spot after the trees. You can’t see them due to the trees until it’s way too late.. I saw them on a Saturday morning.
