If you are going west on Fairground, they hide in the Fairgrounds parking lot. By the time you see them its too late.vg

Fairgrounds road west/east bound speed limit between White sands blvd and Florida ave is posted 30 mph, except during special events. During special events the speed limit can be changed to as low as 10 mph.
