Falls Road near Between Cold Spring Lane & Northern Parkway
Small side strip on right hand side of north-bound falls rd just beyond poly football field. cop parks in little parking spot off side street and sneaks thru bushes and uses laser to get the cars. and it is a downhill area right before that spot. posted speed limit is only 30!
