Falls Road near Cold Spring Lane
There is always a cop sitting on the Northbound side of Falls Road, hiding midway between Cold Spring Lane and Northern Parkway, directly across from Cross Keys. People are smart and generally flash their high beams in warning, but I’ve managed to get 2 tickets in this area (40 in a 30 zone). Its a 4 lane road with nothing around.
