Fellsway West Street near Exit Number 33
state police hides behind parked cars on the right side of the street across the street from hickey park on the fellsway west right after you past global gas station. friend got caught going 78 on the 30mph zone.. got towed and criminal citation. deadly trap.. always see people get pulled over.

Probably a trap, but going 78 mph there probably makes your friend quite a moron. 40 mph would be okay here.
