Fields Avenue near Central Avenue
The School Zone on Fields Avenue between Central and the new Harrison School during 700 and 400 pm is heavily enforced by motorcycle and unmarked units from CCPD. This is on a hill that is very hard to maintain the 20 mph limit.

I was given a ticket for 10 miles an hour over, I guarantee I was not even going 1 mile an hour over. They pulled me over because I have a punk car, then threatened to arrest me. All my paper work in order, searched my vehicle etc. don't know if the person who owned my vehicle prior to myself had gotten in trouble here or what, but that was definitely harrassment. I drive the route twice a day every day, and never speed, people pass me, flip me off, etc. It seems that the look of your vehicle may have something to do with your ticket potential, more then if you are actually breaking the law. I went to court to fight this ticket, and they offered me a lesser sentence, which I took, no points, and don't have to go back to court 3 more times to fight the ticket. It still makes me mad though. AND>>> definitely a speed trap.
