Fink Street & 32nd St.
The Dubuque police like to sit on Fink Street, which is right off 32nd Street and practically hidden from view until you’re right on top of it and are too late to do anything. 32nd Street has many different speed limits on it and is also a street where it’s very easy to go faster than the limits from either direction.
