Firestone Boulevard near Rosecrans Avenue
Firestone Blvd East bound right before turning onto Rosecrans (the 5 Freeway SB on ramp on left) are some tall pine trees on the right side of street. Most afternoons you wont see the motorcycle cop sitting in the shade with a radar gun. (Somebody should tell those guys not to rest those things in their lap)

Firestone & Rosecrans and the Firestone entrance to the SB I-5 are in Norwalk not Downey
