State Road 23 also known as the First Coast Expressway is a breeding ground for police officers looking for victims from Exit 37 to Exit 32 the speed limit on the expressway is 70 mph . The two frontage roads (Discovery and Challenger Drive) are 45 mph not sure why but most motorists are pulled over by and ticketed by officers. Definitely a speed trap. Avoid if possible if can’t do the speed limit.
