First Lane on Garden Grove Blvd. Westbound at Harbor Blvd.
Travelling west on Garden Grove Blvd. before you reach Harbor Blvd. the speed limit is 40 miles an hour. After you cross Harbor the speed limit drops to 35. The sign is just before the second lane where a lady motorcycle cop usually sits. Most drivers, while crossing the intersection, are at higher than 40. This is where she gets you for speeding. Beware.

I don't sit there, I sit at Lemonwood. This is west of Harbor, not near the intersection.
