Moline squad and motor cycle cop will set facing south right at left side of 92 st exit just as you come off bridge. Speed limit is 55 and they will nail you if you exceed the limit.

Assuming the writer is talking about traveling north over the new bridge over the Rock River, the speed limit is actually 50 mph.
