Fish Hatchery Road, at Wingra Drive
7-9am, illegal to make a left-hand turn, off Fish Hatchery Road, onto Wingra Drive, towards the St. Mary’s parking lot. Every morning, cop waits and hands out tickets, for two hours. I go the opposite way every morning, and every morning I ALWAYS see a cop giving someone a ticket.
