Yes this is right just like flea's on a dog
Got stopped and ticketed for trying to warn another driver behind me by flashing my brake lights and motioning my arm out the window. (I knew the cop was there.) Must have P.O'd "Barney Fife" so He gave me the ticket for what the other car must have been doing. I was nearly 10mph BELOW the limit. Judge runs a money mill through the court. Nobody walks without paying. They could ticket a wheelchair for drag racing and get away with it. Corrupt little town.
