Fort Eustis Boulevard near Warwick Avenue
Motorcycle police stations itself under the under pass just before the last exit prior to Fort Eustis. He sits in the inbound side during the morning rush and the outbound side during lunch and end of day rush.

Not entirely sure how the intend to catch speeders heading into the base when it's bumper to bumper in both lanes on a near daily basis. People can't be doing much more than 20-25 MPH (it's a 45 zone).
