Fort Rich Off-Ramp
APD will set up speed traps usually on holidays and randomly throughout the summer sitting on the Fort Richardson Bridge. They tend to sit next to the trees.

in the afternoons, they'll have a car sitting up on the bridge clocking southbound folks, 2-4 cars waiting on the southbound exit to pick up the speeders the car on the bridge clocked. Randomly will sit on the northbound exit and clock as well. random car will sit on the northbound exit.
