This is a mobile stainless steel "beehive" or "file-drawer" trap just before Whitehaven Pkwy. that is delivered before morning rush hour and retrieved after the evening rush hour. It issued warnings for a time, but the warning period ended before motorists received the warnings, so they received tickets as wel as the warnings!
