Franklin Avenue near Route 10 & 46
Entire length of Franklin Ave between Route 10 and 46 (right spur)…25 mph limit, police sit in driveways with both marked and unmarked cars…in the morning rush, there is even some crazy residents with video cameras and signs who will jump in front of cars.
