Friars Rd & Cabrillo Fwy (Fwy 163)
As you climb the hill on Hwy 163 leaving the I-8 corridor valley, California Highway Patrol has a trap set on the hwy just past the crest of the hill. They know people will have their foot on the gas to climb the hill and will shoot over the crest going over the speed limit. Anyone who does not readjust their speed right away stands good chance of getting nailed. Also, the crest of the hill probably blocks radar until you are near the top.
